Hotel and Venue Information

The meeting will take place at the University of Miami Medical Center in the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute (900 NW 17th St) in the Jose Berrocal Auditorium, 2nd Floor.

A hotel block is available through the SpringHill Suites Miami Downtown/Medical Center (1311 NW 10th Ave) for $188/night. Please book your hotel by January 24, 2025. The venue is approximately 8 minute walk from the hotel. View walking directions on Google.

The Social Event and Dinner will take place at Puttshack Miami in Brickle City Center (701 S. Miami Ave). The social includes a hosted dinner, plus one round of mini golf, and non alcoholic drinks, with a cash bar available. The location is 2.3 miles away from the hotel.

Directions to Puttshack:

We are located in a new wing on the 4th floor of Brickell City Centre, right off of the 7th street entrance of the mall. Our entry and outdoor terrace with pergolas that overlook the Miami River and the iconic Miami Tower building, also known as the building that changes colors monthly. For those in the mall, our escalators face the EAST Hotel, above COACH. The easiest way to find Puttshack if you're in Brickell City Centre is to take the escalator directly in front of COACH up to 3rd level. Once you get off the escalator, there will be one more escalator straight ahead that will take you to the Puttshack entrance located on the 4th floor.

If you find yourself lost on the 3rd level, PINK & Victoria's Secret will be directly behind you (do not go left towards CMX and do not go right towards CHI restaurant). From here, you will walk straight past Pandora, Dr. Smood and the SISU Clinic all located on your left-hand side. Once you pass the Social HUB Selfie Museum on your final left, please take the escalator up to 4th floor, where you will find the Puttshack entrance
